We had a water pipe leak in several places inside our living room. On top of that, we had leaks from the roof and several other parts of the house which would cause extreme stress every time there was a rainy bout.
After asking a few companies, we decided on IGM primarily because of their water leak detection device, which could pinpoint the source of the leak through walls. We were hoping we would not have to hack the entire living room wall to find the problem area, so this was very helpful.
The very tall Sean was meticulous and polite each time he came to study the problem areas. It was a busy period for water leakage companies (we have been seeing many trucks and vans of these companies in our neighborhood in the past month) so work began a little later than we hoped, but the main repair expert Mr. Tajul was systematic and quite fast in addressing each of the problem areas and making good on the parts that had to be hacked and patched back.
What was also impressive was that the roofing workers were properly harnessed for safety’s sake – we have never seen that among those companies that come to do roof works in our neighborhood! We also noticed that the workers took their meal and rest times (about an hour) instead of working through lunch or dinner just to rush a job. It’s good that IGM takes care of their staff.
We have already recommended IGM to some of our neighbors, as IGM offers water leakage repair across the board, while most of the others either only do roof water-proofing or interior works. The staff is all polite and considerate, and serious about their work.
