IGM’s Building Survey & Project Consultancy team (IGM-BSPC) is led by our Consultant, who is an elected member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. He also has a full registration with the Chartered Building Engineer association.

His wealth of experience in a wide area of building surveying and consultancy enables the IGM-BSPC team to deliver professional advice on all property-related matters including design, upgrading, refurbishment, renovation and contract administration.
