Recently we had master toilet waterpipe leaking issues. They created lots of fungus and bad smells on the wall. I worried about my family’s health condition because of these problems.
I tried to find the professional people to solve this via various channels and got IGM contact from our condo management team. After contacting IGM, the staff came and investigated the exact location of water leaking quickly and proposed the proper solutions.
After all works from IGM teams, water leaking was completely stopped and the wet wall became fully dried. IGM did good jobs which are including the follow-up touch up paint to all affected area. They fulfilled all of my requests after work.
